The History
Since 1875, The Domaine Des Brosses, is run by the same family. In 2007 Nicolas took over half of the property which about 22 acres of Vineyard planted, 18 acres of Sauvignon
Blanc and 4 acres of Pinot Noir. Soils “argilo-calcaires” Clay like, limestone « terres blanches »white soil « stony ». The underground is exclusively limestone typical of the
appellation.

Sweet and fresh, it is appreciated for its exotic fruitiness and suppleness. This wine displays a pink robe. The fruity (strawberry, raspberry) intensifies ventalation. Soft and
round, the palate shows good volume and evolving into more final vivacity. Well-balanced wine.
