Chateau Toulifaut Pomerol

The History

Château Toulifaut is part of the Vignobles Bareige group, which includes several properties in Pomerol, Saint-Emilion and Montagne Saint-Emilion. Each member of the Bareige family is involved in making the wine and development of the vineyard, from the bunch of grapes to the marketing of the bottles. Château Toulifaut is located on the southern slopes of the famous of Pomerol.

The Grape

100% Merlot

Tasting Note

Supple and easy to drink, its gravelly soil gives it rigour and depth with balance. This is a lively, fruity wine with a dominated by black fruit, easy and light, but with nerve.
