The History

Family estate owned by Pierre Gabison since 2005. The vineyards cover 135 hectares (330 acres) and are strategically surrounded and protected by 500 unbroken hectares of garrigue constituting a rich ecosystem and a unique environment. Caraguilhes has been committed to full organic farming since 1987.

Tasting Note

Delicate color with hint of violet. Nose with intense note of rose, thyme and rosemary then opens up a little more to produce more subtle aromas of peony and raspberry. Very delicate and silky mouth, full and greedy with the tenderness of Cinsault at the first sip.
