The History

The Condrieu is vinified in accordance with tradition, temperatures are controlled in tank. Grapes are manually harvested and sorted. Pressing, racking, clarification settling. Alcoholic fermentation in barrels without racking with batonnage.

Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Tasting Notes

Wine with grape variety viognier, very  dry aromatic white wine which presents Aromas of apricot, ripe fruit, white flower. Elegantly complex and warm Condrieu.

Can be drink young and can be matured for six years.
