This magnificent passe-crassane pear
“eau de vie” is distilled
in a continuous pot still after the
fruits have been macerating for several
months. Long on the palate, fleshy and
very fruity, you will enjoy it well
chilled.
Calvados is a distilled cider. A part
of the cider is not bottled. It is distilled
owing to a still. This Alcohol (70 degres)
is then aged in aok barrels, in which
the alcohol rate becomes lower (40 degres).
It becomes also coloured and it developes
its famous flavours: the calvados is
born.
