The Vineyard
Le Domaine des Brosses, situated on the hillsides of Sancerre, dates back to 1875.
The property extends over 11 hectares of Sancerre, of which 9 are planted with Sauvignon and 2 with Pinot Noir, on clay limestone soils called “terres blanches” and “caillottes”. The limestone bedrock is typical of the appellation.
Each year we produce 70 000 bottles of wine, using traditional and environmentally friendly growing methods.

Tasting Notes
Bright and pale golden. A fresh, citrus palate has herbaceous notes of hay and nettle. Richly textured but with crisp acidity and textbook minerality. The finish is elegant with typical purity and refreshment of excellent Sancerre.
