The History

Tasting Note

Very high quality prosecco coming from the heart of the Prosecco
valley in Valdobbiadene. Fresh, intensively perfumed, round, very
well balanced and with a good aromatic persistency with a toasted
almond final.

Food Pairing

The serving temperature is between 5 and 7 degrees. It is ideal for
aperitifs and to accompany fish antipasti
