Tasting Notes

Our Redessence opens with a fragrant burst of blackberry and red
currant bouquet with just a hint of anise. On the paiate, this wine is
a fruit forward bomb. The fiavor of biacl<berry, spiced cherry, ripe
biueberry coat the paiate with a savory port iii<e finish, a medium
bodied, very niceiy balanced, and smooth red biend a lasting expression of our Mendocino climate, soil, and farming practices.
Kimmel 2012 Four Blocks Collection Redessence was produced from
premium grapes grown in our Hillside Vineyard on our ranchi in Potter Valley, California. After picking and fermentation, selected varietals were aged in French oak barrels for added complexity and full
flavor.
