The Vineyard
This vineyard is located on the West bank of the river RhSne,
between Orange and Avignon,This Moillard Cotes du Rhone Les
Violcttes wine is produced at the famous estate of the Chateau de
Vaudieu.
Toasting Notes
70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, 5% Cinsault.
Robust, dark red. Aromas of spices and mature red fruits.
Round tannins with powerful complexity, A rich wine with
notes of plums, red fruits , anise seed and nnts. Very big
and rich wine, well balanced with long and smooth finish.
Food Pairing
This wine is splendid with red meat cooked in sauce and also
with game or strong cheese
