The History
The vinification takes place in the most modern cellars of the
region where the grapes are not crushed but gently squeezed.
The Grape
Merlot 78% Cabernet Sauvignon 22%
Tasting Note
This makes the Château Clovis a delicious red wine with a dark
red color, nice fragrance of ripe red fruits and smooth and gentle
in taste. Best at 17° 18°. Delicious to drink now but will show
more complexity in the coming years. This wine aaccompanies
perfectly red meat, cheeses.
