Bucalemu Sauvignon Blanc

The History

and 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean on the Bucalemu plateau facing it, which
brings a very temperate climate

The Grape

100% Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Note

Light yellow color with lush golden reflects. The nose is complex with notes of honey, pineapple and pistachio that evolve into notes of jasmine, passion fruit and citrus, especially grapefruit. It is full-bodied in mouth with an impressive fruit forward mid-palate. Its acidity maintains it in balance and delivers a long finish in which reveals its chulky minerality.
