The History

20 Miles South of Santo Domingo, 5 miles North of the Estuary of the Rapel River
and 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean on the Bucalemu plateau facing it, which
brings a very temperate climate





The Grape

100% Riesling

Tasting Note

Pale yellow color with light turquoise reflects, the first nose is intense
and complex with powerful notes of apricot and fresh Delice Cuvelier
pears and lighter touches of anise and white mint. It then evolve into
lighter notes of laurel flowers and candied peach.
In mouth its mid-palate is impressive and full-bodied and all the flavors
